Blue papi

Anthurium Blue Papi is an Indonesian hybrid line whose exact parentage remains uncertain, as detailed breeding records are not available to us. Despite its name, it does not display a clearly blue tone. Instead, it is best known for its unusually deep black foliage, which looks distinctive compared with many other Papi hybrids, together with subtle orange venation.

In our crosses involving Blue Papi, some offspring have developed gently ruffled leaf margins, another interesting trait associated with this parent line.
